Hey, I’m Caleb– Owner of CM Renovations

Thanks for stopping by! I’m Chris, the guy behind CM Renovations. I’ve been working in the construction world for over 10 years now, and it’s something I’ve been passionate about since the beginning.

I got my start by going through a 2-year Construction Technology program, where I really dug into the nuts and bolts of the trade—everything from reading blueprints to understanding building codes and learning how to do things the right way. That experience laid the groundwork for what I do today.

Since then, I’ve been hands-on in just about every part of the industry—framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, painting, remodeling—you name it. Over the years, I’ve learned that it’s not just about getting the job done, it’s about doing it with care, attention to detail, and making sure the client is happy every step of the way.

I started CM Renovations because I wanted to offer people a trustworthy, skilled, and down-to-earth option when it comes to fixing up or improving their homes. Whether it's a quick repair or a full renovation, I treat every project like it's my own.
